Reporting Issues

To safeguard against shipping damage, item mismatches, or missing parts, we provide 7 days from the date of delivery to report any complaints.

  • Verification Process: Our technical team will verify the submitted details visually and issue a confirmation number for the return.
  • Replacement or Refund:
    • Upon receiving the product, our experts will inspect the reported issue. If verified, we will send a replacement.
    • If a replacement item is unavailable, a 50% refund will be issued.
    • Important: No warranty applies to products subjected to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accidents, modifications, or soldering/alterations.

Refunds

Refunds will only be initiated in the following cases:

  • Unused Product: The product is unused and returned in its original condition.
  • Manufacturing Defect: Verified defects caused by manufacturing issues.

No Refund Policy: Refunds will not be granted in cases of improper claims, and the customer will bear shipping and handling charges.

Final Decision: Roboocean reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.

Changing or Canceling an Order

  • Eligible Orders: Only orders in "Pending" or "Payment Verification" status can be altered or canceled.
  • Response Time: Customer Service will respond within one business day.
  • Cancellation Fee: A 5% bank charge may apply for cancellations due to payment gateway provider commissions.

Important: Due to the nature of our products and strict quality standards, cancellations and returns are only allowed with a valid reason.

  • Improper handling or physical damage.
  • Neglect or any loss arising from inappropriate use.
